It is my sincerest pleasure to finally be sharing these songs with the world. The songs on my upcoming debut album Porchlight were written throughout my 20s. I started writing songs in Texas, but I really came into my own through the loving guidance of the Nagoya music community. This album was lovingly produced by two veterans of the scene, Coleen Wickdahl and Lesley Bartlett. We recorded at their DIY studio in the mountains of Gifu, Japan, recently christened "The Bird Bath". I also had the pleasure of recording a ukulele EP with Brian Cullen, which will also be released that night! I hope that you will please join me and my wonderful band on my birthday, Sunday, March 2nd, for a hell of a release party!
